New Year: Better Version of Me

Every year I make resolutions, and every year I fail them by January 5th. What is going to make this year different than last year…? I am tired of living the same monotonous life, and I want to make a change, and I hope that this desire for change will be enough to make me keep them. Here is my list of this year’s resolutions

Resolution #1- Work on my Skin Care Routine: I really want to get serious about this and make sure I am really cleaning it and giving my skin the best nutrients possible. I want to start incorporating more steps that will help achieve these things. I want to slow down the ageing process. My best friend looks like she needs to be carded her skincare routine is that good she is #GOALS.

Resolution #2- Start actively saving money. I hate living pay check to pay check it is probably the worst part of being an adult. I want to stop spending money on things I don’t need and buying out for lunch I spend way too much money on lunch. Hopefully, I can save a bit of money.

Resolution #3- Write Every day: I want this blog to succeed I want to publish content, I just need to force myself to sit and write. Even if it means writing for only 5 minutes. The only way for content to appear on this website is to write and if I do not make time to write things will never get written.

Resolution #4- Get serious about this blog: Again I want this to succeed I want to create a career for myself where I enjoy working and doing something I love that is what I want to achieve with this but I need to take baby steps into getting there.

Resolution #5- Work on my Social Media presence: I want to get better at taking photos for Instagram. I need to remember Twitter exists. I just want to make my social media presence better which works along with making the blog better.

Resolution #6- Get Organized: I am so disorganized, I can’t even lie about it. This will be one of the hardest of all my resolutions. I dont even know where to start with this but I just hope with everything in life that I can organize my life.

Resolution #7- GYM TIME!: I need to get my butt to the gym. I want to be healthy I want to live a healthy lifestyle and to be healthier the gym is where I need to go.. (internally chants to self They have a pool….They have a pool [I used to swim from the age of 5-18]).

Resolution #8- Eat Healthier: This past year I started adding vegan meals into my routine and it has opened my eyes to just healthy food that taste amazing. I will not call myself a Vegan because I have not fully crossed over but I have been exploring the plant-based lifestyle and it has only helped my food pallet.

Resolution #9- Stop Drinking Soda: Coca-Cola is my vice. I drink way more then I should. It’s not good for my skin it’s not good for my health, water is free and will help make my skin glow.

I have a lot of resolutions this year but if I accomplish even a fraction of them I will be proud. Here’s to a new year filled with change and bright futures. Happy 2019 Everyone!

Until Next Time Ciao!
